Are campers outside all day?
We believe in outdoor play! The best place to play sports, run around and let kids be kids is outdoors. However, campers are given ample amount of time under cover, in the shade and plenty of water breaks to stay cool. We have a large covered area with industrial fans. There is a building with AC, should campers need to go inside. Please note, in the later part of the day, we play water games.
-
What do you do if it rains?
In the event of rain, campers are moved inside our pavilion and out of harms way. We have movies, cards and games to keep campers entertained. You will not need to pick your camper up early. At the end of camp, we will be waiting by Wingate Park bathrooms to radio for your camper and have them brought to you.
