  • How do I register for Camp?

    Camp registration is done online. Please visit the link below to register for one or more camps. During registration, you will have an option to add on early drop-off and late pickup. Register Here

  • What are the Camp Hours?

    All Sports Camp

    Monday – Friday 9am-3pm

    Baseball/Softball Camp

    Monday – Thursday 9am-3pm

    Friday 9am-12pm

    Billy Kovatch Hitting Camp

    Monday – Friday 9am-12pm

    **Campers have the option to join All Sports Camp from 12pm-3pm for an additional fee.

    Early Drop-Off & Late Pickup

    We offer early drop-off starting at 7:30 am and late pickup from 3pm-6pm. Additional fees apply.

  • Do you offer extended care?

    Yes, we offer early drop-off and extended care. You may add them on as “session options” to each individual camp. Individually, they are $10/per day each or $15/per day for both. Early drop off is from 7:30am-9am and extended care is from 3pm-6pm. It is important to note that any camper dropped off before 8:45 am will be charged for early drop off and all campers remaining 15 minutes after the scheduled end time of camp will be put in extended care and charged accordingly.

  • Is there a single day option for camp?

    All-Sports Camp

    Yes, there is a single day option for All-Sports Camp. When completing online registration, you will need to look for the camp that says “SINGLE DAY All-Sports Camp Week _”. You will select which days you want to attend under “session options” during the second step of registration. The original camp total will show $0 and $30 will be added for each day you select.

    Baseball/Softball Camp

    Yes, there is a single day option for Baseball/Softball Camp. When completing online registration, you will need to look for the camp that says “SINGLE DAY Baseball/Softball Camp Week _”. You will select which days you want to attend under “session options” during the second step of registration. The original camp total will show $0 and $60 will be added for each day you select.

  • What is the age limit for Camp?

    All Sports Camp & Baseball/Softball Camp

    Both camps are open to campers between the ages of 6-14 based on the first day of the camp. As long as a camper turns 6 before camp starts or is under 15, you will be able to register them.

    Billy Kovatch Hitting Camp

    We hold two Billy Kovatch Hitting Camps. One is for campers ages 11-15 and the other is for campers ages 7-10. You will only be able to register for the Hitting Camp that your child is eligible for based on the first day of the camp.

  • Where are your camps held?

    Camps are held at Wingate Park, home of the Jax Beach Baseball Association. The physical address is 361 Penman Road South, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. On the first day of camp, please check your camper in at the concession stand.

  • Are campers outside all day?

    We believe in outdoor play! The best place to play sports, run around and let kids be kids is outdoors. However, campers are given ample amount of time under cover, in the shade and plenty of water breaks to stay cool. We have a large covered area with industrial fans. There is a building with AC, should campers need to go inside. Please note, in the later part of the day, we play water games.

  • What do you do if it rains?

    In the event of rain, campers are moved inside our pavilion. We have movies, cards and games to keep campers entertained. You will not need to pick your camper up early. At the end of camp, we will be waiting by Wingate Park bathrooms to radio for your camper and have them brought to you.

  • Do campers need to bring lunch?

    Campers must bring a lunch to All-Sports Camp & Baseball/Softball Camp. Keep in mind Friday is a half day for Baseball/Softball camp, so they will not need lunch on this day. Campers that are staying from Billy Kovatch Hitting Camp for All-Sports Camp will also need to bring a lunch. You will also want to provide your child with snacks if they are staying for after care. The only thing provided by Iron Diamond Sports is water. Gatorade is provided on some days.

    Baseball/Softball Camp & Billy Kovatch Hitting Camp

    • Both of these camps are organized into small age/skill appropriate groups and have a higher camper to coach ratio. Camp days are divided into different skill stations. Water Breaks are taken frequently. Scrimmage games and hitting contest will happen throughout camp.
  • Who are the camp instructors?

    We take pride in having excellent counselors that make our camps educational, fun and safe! We have Counselors and Junior Counselors, both of which are interviewed extensively. We also have both male and female coaches. Coach Billy and Coach Mady are all excited to be returning for another camp season and can’t wait to introduce you to our new camp counselors.
